A 46-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency - after he was spotted by a teenage girl acting in an indecent manner near the war memorial in Lowestoft cemetery.
Police are asking anyone who may have been in the cemetery at Normanston Drive about 4pm to 4.20pm on Monday, September 10 to come forward after a 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency.
A police spokesman said: “Officers were contacted just after 4.15 to reports that a 14-year-old girl had seen a man acting in an indecent manner near the war memorial in the cemetery.”
The 46-year-old was arrested a short time later and was interviewed before being bailed to return to police on October 17.

Naturists are to be banned from a nationally-renowned Norfolk beach following complaints about anti-social behaviour committed in the area.
