Man suffered serious facial injuries in North Walsham assault

A man in his 40s suffered serious facial injuries during an assault in North Walsham town centre.

The victim was attacked in The Loke close to the King’s Arms pub at about 2am on Sunday July 20, said police who are appealing for witnesses.

He was punched a number of times and needed hospital treatment.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or with information relating to what happened.

Witnesses are asked to contact PC Georgia Livock at Norfolk Constabulary on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
