Two men have been arrested following a robbery incident at a home in Park Road in Lowestoft around 12.20am this morning.
A 19-year-old man answered a knock at his door and was then attacked and threatened before money was stolen from the premises.
The offenders then left.
The 19-year-old sustained injuries including two puncture wounds to his body.
Police had been alerted during the incident after noises were heard at the premises and officers immediately began a search of the area. The two men- a 23-year-old man and a 28-year-old man - were arrested in Montgomery Avenue a short time later.
They are currently in custody where they are being interviewed by detectives.
Police have been carrying out searches in the area this morning to gather any evidence linked to the incident and are asking anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the early hours or anyone with information about the incident to call Lowestoft CID on 101.
