Man punched in the face in Great Yarmouth

A man suffered a cut to his eye after being punched in the face in Great Yarmouth.

The victim, in his 20s, was walking through the Market Place between 2.40pm and 3pm yesterday (Tuesday) when he was approached by a group of four people; three men and one woman.

The gang shouted at him before one of the men punched him in the face. They then walked off.

Police are now appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information to get in touch.
