Man knocked off bike by black car in hit and run in Brandon

Police are looking for a black car after a hit and run incident involving a bicycle in Brandon.

A male cyclist was knocked off his bike and suffered minor cuts and bruises in the incident, which is believed to have taken place at around 4.20pm on Tuesday along the B1106 Bury Bottom.

The man was hit by the black vehicle, which failed to stop, according to Suffolk Police.

He was treated by paramedics at the scene.

Anyone with information should call PC Rebecca Gardiner at Mildenhall Police Station on 101, quoting reference CAD 336 of June 24.
