A 45-year-old man is due to appear at court this morning (Friday, March 15), charged with outraging public decency following an incident in the Hollow Grove Way area of Lowestoft about 5pm on Wednesday (March 13).

Police were initially called to reports of a man acting suspiciously. When officers arrived they were told the man had been seen exposing himself and acting in an indecent manner.

Simon Gale, of no fixed abode, was arrested, interviewed and subsequently charged, and he has been detained in custody to appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court this morning.
