Burglars who broke into a house through the conservatory window stole many items of jewellery.
The thieves struck at a home in Yaxham Road, Dereham, sometime between 2pm and 8.40pm on Tuesday January 8.
The stolen items included an opal cluster ring, a pair of 12 carat gold earrings, a 14 carat gold bracelet, a gold and sapphire ring, gold heart earrings, a gold heart locket/necklace, an opal and diamond necklace, a gent’s 14 carat gold chain, a Lambretta watch and cash.
Anyone who may have information or has been offered such items for sale in suspicious circumstances should contact DC Richard Long at Norfolk Constabulary on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Nearly 3,000 people have supported a Facebook campaign demanding safety improvements on the A47 near Dereham set up after the latest fatal crash.
