Ipswich Town’s Guirane N’Daw to appear in court after assault charge

Ipswich Town midfielder Guirane N’Daw is to appear in court tomorrow charged with causing actual bodily harm following an alleged incident at a town centre house.

Suffolk Police say the 28-year-old, of Neptune Square, Ipswich, was arrested at the town’s hospital after a woman had received treatment for bruising and minor injuries.

N’Daw was arrested on Friday evening and charged last night with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

He has been detained in custody before appearing at Ipswich Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

N’Daw missed Town’s 1-0 win against Bolton yesterday.
