Information appeal launched after theft of diving equipment in Hopton

Officers are appealing for information following the theft of diving equipment in Hopton.

The incident took place in Coast Road sometime between 7.30am on Thursday, 12 June and 4.45pm on Sunday, 15 June 2014.

Between such times unknown persons broke into a garage in the road and stole various items including two Scuba Pro black and blue wet suits, a Faber air tank, four diving knives, a safety line reel, a Scuba Pro marker buoy, dive boots, a diving torch, hand held flares and two wrist dive computers.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have spotted any suspicious behaviour in the area or been offered such items for sale in unusual circumstances.

Witnesses are asked to contact PC David Nickerson at Norfolk Constabulary on 101.
