Simon Wells, 37, of Priory Plain, was arrested in the early hours of November 5 in connection with an incident at a shop in Camden Road.
He was interviewed and bailed for further enquiries and when he answered bail earlier this month was charged with three offences; criminal damage at the shop at Camden Road, criminal damage at a garage in Northgate Street on the same morning where glass in a door was smashed with a brick, and a burglary at a shop in King Street, also on November 5, where bottles of spirits worth more than £170 were stolen.
