A Great Yarmouth woman who was issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for persistent drunk and disorderly offences has been jailed for eight weeks for breaching it.

Great Yarmouth Police have confirmed Tracey Slade has been jailed for breaching the order twice.

Slade, said by police to be 48, had been handed the one year CBO at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court last month.

The court heard had how she had previously been issued with a Community Protection Warning stating she was not to consume alcohol in the Market Place.

She had also been arrested on numerous occasions for drunk and disorderly offences and been warned about the anti-social behaviour she was causing in the Beach Coach Station area.

Her CBO states she is not to act to cause distress to the public, be in possession of any open container of alcohol in a public place and enter two exclusion zones at certain times.
