A man who admitted carrying out an arson attack at his seafront home in Great Yarmouth has also admitted breaching notification terms required under the sex offender’s register.
Lance Meikle, 42, has already admitted arson reckless as to whether life was endangered following a fire which he had started at his address in Apsley Road, on July 14.
He appeared at Norwich Crown Court again where he admitted a further offence of breaching the terms of his notification order between January 1 and May 15 this year.
Recorder Guy Ayers told Meikle he had the good sense to plead guilty and adjourned sentence on both matters until Friday, October 26.
He remanded Meikle in custody and said if reports were not ready in time, his sentencing would have to move to a later date.
