Police are appealing for information after a male pedestrian suffered minor injuries when he was involved in a collision with a car in Loftus Avenue, Reydon.

The collision took place at about 10.40pm on Saturday.

The pedestrian, aged in his 70s, was walking his dog towards Southwold on Wangford Road when he was crossing the junction of Loftus Avenue.

He was then involved with a collision with a car, causing him to fall to the ground and sustain minor injuries. The driver of the car failed to stop.
