A drink driver was arrested after they were seen driving on the wrong side of the road.
Stunned officers pulled over the silver saloon in the centre of Wisbech on Saturday night.
They drove onto the wrong side of the road as they turned off the Horsefair roundabout - just a stone’s throw from the town’s police station.
The driver now faces a lengthy ban from the road, after blowing a reading of 116 at a roadside breath test - more then three times the limit of 35mg per 100ml of breath.
Police also took to social media to slam what they described as “shocking driving standards” after a stake-out on one of the major routes into Norwich.
Officers dealt with 14 offences in just over an hour on the A11 at Thickthorn.
And they seized a VW Golf on the A47 Acle straight near Great Yarmouth after its driver was found to have no driving licence or insurance.
