A dog walker broke his ankle after being hit by a vehicle in Norwich.
The man was hit on the A146 Barrett Road near Duckett Close at around 10.20pm on Sunday.
The vehicle failed to stop and drove off towards Martineau Lane.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has information about the vehicle should contact PC Steven Godden at Norwich South Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
