Officers want a word with them about £700 of cosmetics and fragrances which went missing from a shop.
The items were stolen from a store on Wales Court, at around 1.35pm on Tuesday.
Officers want to speak to the two men in the CCTV picture as they may be able to assist with their enquiries.
Anyone with information should call PC Rob O'Donnell at Downham Market Police Station on 101.
