An investigation is underway after teenager was pick-pocketed as he walked along Beccles Road in Gorleston.
The 19-year-old said he was walking with a friend near the White Horse filling station around 8.30pm on Monday when they became of a man following closely behind.
The man, described as white with short dark hair and wearing navy blue jeans, a dark grey Superdry jacket with pink writing on the shoulder, then ran away towards Burgh Road.
It is believed he stole a wallet, containing cash and cards, from the teenager’s pocket.
Anyone who saw the incident or has any information is asked to call PC Michael Lay-Flurrie at Gorleston on 101.
Police in Norwich have launched an investigation after a woman claimed in a tweet she had knocked a cyclist off their bike.
