Dereham man allegedly lifted teenagers’ skirts and took photos at Boots and outside City College in Norwich

A 22-year-old man has been charged with outraging public decency and possessing indecent images of children.

Craig Warmer, of Hyde Road, Dereham, is accused of having 365 indecent images and faces two counts of committing an act of outraging public decency.

The charges relate to incidents in January and February this year at Boots in Norwich and outside City College where teenagers’ skirts were allegedly lifted to take photographs.

Warmer has been released on conditional bail and will appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Friday April 25.
