Spades, jump leads, a hammer and a fire extinguisher were also stolen from the businesses on the Littlewood industrial estate in Hoveton.

The charity box contained donations for Help For Heroes.

Bizarrely, the burglars also moved a gas barbecue and a car from one unit to another.

The crimes happened between midnight and 2am on Friday and police today appealed for witnesses.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious should call PC Dale Roberts at Stalham police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
