A car parked in Gorleston was damaged in a collision where a vehicle failed to stop.

The blue Ford Focus received damage to its front bumper, bonnet and passenger wing while it was parked in a layby on Peterhouse Avenue, between 12pm and 2.20pm on Thursday. A wooden bollard in front of the car was also damaged.

It is believed a blue quad bike was seen driving erratically in the area at that time.

Police are now appealing for witnesses. Call PC Grant Buchanan on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
