Police are appealing for witnesses to two burglaries in Norwich that are being linked.

The two incidents took place on Brakendon Close, Lakenham – the first happened at some point between Monday, December 10 at midday and Saturday, December 15 at 10.15pm.

A window was opened but nothing was stolen.

The second incident reported to police took place between Friday, December 14 at 11.45pm and Saturday, December 15 at 8am also on Brakendon Close.

During the night, burglars climbed in through the kitchen window and stole cash and paperwork.

Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact DC Jonathan Gouldson at Bethel Street police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
