Burglars strike at Swaffham allotments

Four allotment sheds have been burgled with a number of items of gardening equipment stolen.

Thieves broke into the sheds at the allotments in Tumbler Hill, Swaffham, at some time between Tuesday, January 21 and Wednesday, January 22.

The offenders cut through a fence to gain access to the site and broke the locks off each of the sheds.

Items stolen from the sheds included a petrol generator, a Stihl grass strimmer, walking boots, waterproof overalls and two fleeces.
