Burglars attempted to break into a house in Recreation Road in Norwich’s Golden Triangle on Sunday night.

The break-in happened at about 10.20pm when the owner was disturbed by a noise at the front of the house.

When investigating they noticed a side window had been opened and glass smashed near to the handle.

Nothing was stolen and it is believed the offenders were disturbed by the home’s owner.

Police would like to hear from anyone with information.
