Burglaries at two businesses in Gressenhall, near Dereham, could be linked

Two burglaries at businesses in Gressenhall, near Dereham, this week may be linked, police believe.

The first happened at premises on Gressenhall Road between 5pm on Monday January 7 and 7am the following day.

Thieves forced their way through the front gates and broke into several garages and storage containers, taking commercial tools including electrical saws as well as scrap metal and a trailer.

The second burglary happened between 4pm on Monday January 7 and 10.40am on Tuesday January 8, when the metal front gates of a business off Fakenham Road were forced and four storage containers were searched. Police said nothing appeared to have been taken.
