The incident happened about 3.15pm on Sunday, March 2 – but it wasn’t reported to police until several days later.

The teenage girl and her younger brother were walking from the WaterLane leisure centre through to Normanston Park when they saw two teenage boys walking towards them.

As they got closer the boys began to strip off until they were wearing only socks and shoes and they then danced around the girl and her brother, following them for a short distance before the boy and girl managed to walk past them.

Both boys are in their teens, about 5ft 7ins tall, of slim build with short dark hair. One was initially wearing dark trousers and a dark top, the other dark trousers and a white top.

Officers are asking anyone who may recognise the descriptions, or anyone who saw the incident, to call PC 1701 Abbott at Lowestoft police on 101.
