A 14-year-old boy has been robbed by a group of youths in Downham Market.

The boy, was walking on Bexwell Road towards the traffic lights at around 5.15pm on Thursday May 22 when a group of youths set upon him.

They blocked his path, threatened him, demanded money and then attempted to grab his bag before making off with the boy’s school stationary.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the incident or saw a group of youths acting suspiciously in the area.
