Boxing Day thieves broke their way into Norfolk County Council highways depot on Aylsham’s Burgh Road and stole between 500 and 1,000 litres of fuel.
The thieves cut a hole in the fence between 5pm and 9pm and tampered with CCTV cameras. The padlock to the premises was also cut but replaced with another. It is believed a white van, possibly a Ford Transit, was used.
