Police are appealing for information following an attempted burglary at a Norwich bank this morning.

Officers were called to the Norwich and Peterborough on Plumstead Road at 12.15am where offenders had attempted to break in to the building to raid the ATM machine.

Detectives want to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed this burglary. A dark estate car was seen nearby and officers also want to hear from anyone with any information about this vehicle. Call police on 101
