Appeal launched after man racially abused in Norwich

A police appeal has been launched after a man was racially abused in Norwich.

It happened just after 2pm on Friday, 30 May when the victim was driving along Chartwell Road.

He stopped in a queue of traffic near to the Brickmakers Arms roundabout when a passenger in a white vehicle pulled up alongside him and started shouting racial abuse.

The car the suspect was in then drove off in the direction of Sprowston Road.

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident is asked to contact PC Luke Phillips at Norfolk Constabulary on 101.
