Appeal to trace boys after apple orchard attacked

Police need to trace three boys after trees in an apple orchard at The Street, Holton, near Halesworth, were damaged on Wednesday.

More than 60 apples were knocked from trees, a tree was snapped and broken and several fires were started at about 11am.

The three boys are described as white, aged around 12 to 14 years old, one about 5ft 3in tall wearing a hooded top and dark coloured bottoms, and the other two about 5ft 6in tall, one with blond hair and the other wearing blue jeans and a grey top.

All three boys fled when they were spotted. Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Clark on 101.
