Anglian Water faces prosecution over an alleged sewage spill at a beauty spot in Filby.
The civil case - brought by the Environment Agency - will be heard at Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court next Friday, March 8 at 10am.
It is alleged that in February 2012, at Main Road, Filby, Anglian Water caused sewage to enter Ormesby Little Broad, without being authorised by an environmental permit.
