An insurance company has raised £1,530 for Norwich Pride by opening their carpark to event goers.
Marsh Ltd, an insurance broking and innovative risk management solutions company, opened their car park on Queens Road for the tenth Norwich Pride, which was at the end of July 2018.
Julie Bremner, one of the organisers of Norwich Pride in 2018 said: 'We are really thankful to Marsh and their employees for supporting us by providing access to a cheap and large car park in the city centre for people attending Norwich Pride.
'We were able to guarantee people who needed accessible spaces a car parking place and meant we could continue to keep Norwich Pride free for all the people attending.'
The car park was run by members of Marsh staff, with all payments going to Norwich Pride.
Daniel Duckett, Chair of Marsh Pride Norwich said: 'We flew the rainbow flag on the week before Pride and had an event in our office the day before to raise awareness and show support to the LGBT+ community.'
The company plan to do the same event again in future due to it's success.
