The Coastguard have called off their search for a missing diver off the coast of Great Yarmouth.
A spokesman for HM Coastguard confirmed they called off their search at 7.30am on Tuesday after an overnight air and sea search.
A 68-year-old man from the Brighton area who was diving on an unnamed wreck 12 miles east of Great Yarmouth is still missing.
HM Coastguard was contacted at 6pm on bank holiday Monday by the dive boat Raider V reporting a missing male diver.
A search was launched involving Coastguard rescue helicopters from Lydd and Humberside and RNLI lifeboats from Gorleston and Lowestoft along with the Caister Independent lifeboat.
The diver has not been found and the search continues on Tuesday morning.
The diving vessel remains in the area and the coastguard are still putting out mayday calls to other ships in the area.
