A 31-year-old man is due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court today (Tuesday, March 5), charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis after he was arrested in February.
About 11.30pm on Tuesday, February 12 police were called to a single vehicle road traffic collision on Beccles Road where a BMW had collided with a home there. The occupants of the vehicle had fled.
Police made a search of the area and arrested Ben Rogers, of Ohio Close in Carlton Colville, a short time later on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs.
He was subsequently charged with failing to provide and is due to appear at court this morning.
