A car park barrier in East Runton has been damaged after vandals attempted to force open a padlock.

It happened sometime between 8am on Wednesday, August 29 and 6pm on Friday, August 31 at the Beach Road car park.

An unknown number of suspects forced a padlock on the barrier before trying to remove it, damaging one of the posts.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning it.
