With the most anticipated event of 2018 taking place today we want to test how royal family savvy you are.

The quiz will play a clip of one of the royals speaking and then ask you to identify who it was - so make sure you listen carefully.

The ceremony may not start until 12pm but royal coverage starts on BBC one, the BBC News Channel and on Sky now, 9am. Coverage on ITV will begin at 9.25am.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle met through mutual friends in the summer of 2016 and have been almost inseparable since.

The couple announced their engagement on November 27 last year with the following statement from Prince Harry’s father, the Prince of Wales.

“His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales is delighted to announce the engagement of Prince Harry to Ms Meghan Markle.

“The wedding will take place in spring 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course.

“His Royal Highness and Ms Markle became engaged in London earlier this month.

“Prince Harry has informed Her Majesty the Queen and other close members of his family.

“Prince Harry has also sought and received the blessing of Ms Markle’s parents.

“The couple will live in Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace.”
