Burglars target Great Yarmouth and Gorleston homes

JEWELLERY and cash were stolen after two homes were burgled in Gorleston and Great Yarmouth.

The properties in South Beach Parade and Middleton Road were targeted on Friday, August 31 and police believe the crimes could be linked.

The home in South Beach Parade was broken into between 10am and 5pm after offenders forced a rear conservatory door. Once inside they carried out an untidy search of all the rooms and stole costume jewellery.

Between noon and 6pm the house in Middleton Road was targeted. Offenders broke in through a rear porch door, carried out an untidy search and stole around £370 in cash.
