Bunkers Hill near Sporle was blocked on Sunday night after a car came off the road.
Police dealt with the incident, which only involved one vehicle.
Breckland Police said on Twitter that the driver tested positive for cocaine.
In a tweet the force said the man would be 'dealt with at hospital by way of providing blood samples'.
