Police are urging the public to stay vigilant and report suspicious behaviour after a spate of shed break-ins.

Around 12 sheds in allotments on Common Lane, Beccles, have been broken into in recent weeks.

The incidents were reported to police on Wednesday, February 14.

In most instances nothing was stolen, however the locks on all the sheds were all damaged during the break-ins.

A radio and rotavator were reported as stolen from one of the sheds.

Police are now asking members of the public to remain “vigilant to any suspicious activity”.

Anyone with information should contact the Beccles Safer Neighbourhood team on 101 quoting reference number 37/8950/18.
