A famous face who dared to make fun of Simon Cowell is set to headline a north Norfolk charity show.

Ventriloquist Steve Hewlett who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent, will be headlining this year’s GIFT (Good Intentions Fundraising Team) Variety Show at the Auden Theatre in Holt on September 21.

The show is organised in conjunction with the showbusiness charity the Grand Order of Water Rats, which has a long-standing link with the GIFT team.

Mr Hewlett has recently been initiated into the Grand Order of water Rats and is now himself a Baby Rat.

Tickets are available now priced at £10 or £8 for party bookings of six or more.

GIFT is also holding a Clairvoyant Evening with two international mediums taking place at Erpingham Village Hall on September 15, from 7.30pm. Tickets £6 (in advance) or £7 on the door include light refreshments.

Proceeds from both events will go to Parkinsons UK and the Grand Order of Water Rats.
