A BMW crashed into the window of the John Lewis store in All Saints Green this morning.
Shattered glass covered the pavement opposite the Mecca Bingo club and a red post box was completely flattened following the crash, which happened at 6.50am.
Police are trying to trace the driver, who failed to stop at the scene.
