Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious crash in Great Witchingham.

At around 7.15pm on Friday April 11, a white Yamaha motorbike travelling towards the A1067 and a silver Vauxhall Vectra in the opposite direction were in collision on Nowhere Lane.

The male motorcyclist suffered serious neck and leg injuries.

A number of bikes stopped at the scene and officers want to speak to those riders. One was wearing a dark crash helmet, dark blue trousers and a black jacket with a small motif on the side.

Another was wearing biking clothing which was black with red and white flecks.

There was also a silver moped which stopped but left before police could speak to the rider.

Officers want to speak to witnesses.

Anyone who can help should contact PC Robert Hardingham at Wymondham Roads Policing on 101.
