A road has been blocked off on the outskirts of Lowestoft following a vehicle fire this afternoon.
The B1375 Oulton Street, Oulton, near to the Blue Boar building, has been blocked off with Lowestoft Police warning drivers to avoid the area.
The Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service had been called to Oulton Street at 3.54pm and sent one fire engine from Lowestoft South fire station to tackle a blaze, with a stop message reported at 4.12pm.
Lowestoft Police tweeted '#RoadClosure - Oulton Street #Lowestoft B1375 (Near to Blue Boar Public House) Please avoid the area if possible as the road is blocked at this time due to a vehicle Fire. Emergency services are on scene.'
