Four men and a teenage boy have been arrested following a burglary at a home in Conrad Road in Lowestoft on Monday.

Police on patrol in the area detained the group after noticing suspicious activity and a short time later received a report of a break-in at a home there.

Jewellery recovered by officers was found to have come from the burgled property.

The five – a 34-year-old man, two 20-year-old men, an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy – were all taken into custody where they were interviewed by detectives.

They have now been bailed to return to police on Tuesday 9 July to allow further enquiries to be carried out.
