Expert advisers will on hand to answer questions and offer information and advice on a wide range of money matters at the Age UK Norfolk event on March 27.

Topics will include financial scams, identity theft, understanding benefits, paying for care, energy advice, lasting power of attorney and more.

The event is being funded by StopLoanSharks – Your Choice, an initiative that returns money taken from criminal assets seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act, back to communities.

This event is will give older people an opportunity sto peak directly to someone they can trust and will enable them to look after their money, plan for the future and protect themselves financially.”

The event will take place on March 27, from 10am to 3pm at the Great House Training Centre, 300 St Faiths Road, Old Catton.

The event is free and there is no need to book.

For those unable to attend, information and advice on financial matters in later life is available by calling the Age UK Norfolk Advice Line on 0300 500 1217.
