Air ambulance crews were called out after a woman was hurt in a fall.

The East Anglia Air Ambulance was sent to a private address in Holt to help the woman, who was in her 70s, on Friday afternoon .

The woman was treated at the scene before being airlifted to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Her condition is described as stable.

  • Surely you can run to more than one stock picture of the Air ambulance?! Imagine tourists seeing this and going to Holt with their buckets and spades!

  • The EDP must be very short of news. This happened on Friday and its now Sunday. The fact that a woman fell over in her own home is not even news. Its quite ridiculous anyway that the air ambulance is sent out to such minor accidents when people have died in Norfolk because no ambulances were available.
