A man in his 30s was taken to hospital by air ambulance after falling and banging his head at the Tesco store in Dereham.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to the shop at about 1.30pm today.
According to the Dereham Facebook page, the man fell in the store and banged his head. He was taken in a stable condition to the Norfolk and Norwich university Hospital. The man was believed to have been in his 30s.
Franz Sidney, who lives near the store, said: 'The area was cordoned off and an air ambulance called. The patient was transported to hospital via ambulance. I happened to be there and took some photos of the valiant paramedics who flew in. We are lucky to have such a good response in rural Norfolk.'
The ambulance service, Norfolk police and the air ambulance were all unavailable for comment.
