The A140 was closed by Hellesdon for around 90 minutes this afternoon after two vehicles crashed.
The outer ring road was shut from the junctions with Drayton High Road to Hellesdon Hall Road following the accident at 3.40pm between two cars.
A blue Ford Fiesta and silver Peugeot 307 were involved in the accident.
The Sweet Briar Road reopened again shortly after 5pm, with traffic queuing back to Dereham Road and Hellesdon roundabout.
The injuries are understood to be minor.
