New figures show that more than £690,000 of National Lottery funding was awarded across the north Norfolk area in the last year alone.
Twenty-seven Lottery grants were given out in the area during 2016 providing a vital boost to arts, sports and heritage projects alongside community groups helping those most in need.
This included £121,400 for urgent structural repairs to Raynham St Martin church building to maintain and protect it in future years, and £8,844 to Kettlestone village hall to build an extension to make more space for community activities.
