Two suspects wanted by police in connection with the stabbing of a man in front of his family on Mother's Day have been arrested in Kent after a six-week manhunt.

Danny Norman was attacked in broad daylight near the centre of Thetford while walking with his fiancée and two young daughters on the morning of March 10.

Since then, police have been searching for Elvis Price, 18, from Thetford, and a younger male, who officers had not named because of his age.

Today, Price and a 17-year-old male were arrested in Kent, on suspicion of attempted murder.

The pair have been taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning where they remain.
